The Unapologetically Human -Practice Lab

Where clinical supervision meets entrepreneurship.

Clinical supervision for clinicians who want to be exceptional therapists and build sustainable, intentional careers.

The Unapologetically Human Practice Lab is a supervision space designed for clinicians who want to do meaningful, ethical clinical work and build a sustainable, intentional career.

This is not supervision that exists only to check off hours. This is a space to sharpen your clinical skills, develop your professional identity, and learn how to navigate the real-world business of being a therapist —without losing your values or your humanity.

Because exceptional clinicians and sustainable careers are shaped through intentional supervision.

Guiding clinicians in developing confidence, clarity, and a career that reflects their values.

As a licensed clinician, National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), and Certified Clinical Supervisor with seventeen years of experience, I provide supervision that emphasizes clinical skill, ethical clarity, and professional growth. My work spans community mental health, crisis settings, leadership, and private practice, grounded in evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and family systems work.

I own and operate Unapologetically Human, a private practice built around sustainability, integrity, and human-centered care. This perspective allows me to guide clinicians through the real-world challenges of practice, boundaries, burnout prevention, and leadership, helping them grow without compromising their values.

My supervision style is collaborative, grounded, and direct, creating a space for reflection, skill-building, and professional development. Whether pre-licensed, newly licensed, or stepping into leadership or private practice, my goal is to help clinicians become confident, ethical, and resilient professionals.

Why the Practice Lab
